About Us

My name is Jana Pretorius and I was born in Johannesburg. I moved to a small coastal town in the Overberg called Hermanus when I was in school and have lived here since.

I was born deaf and an only child. As a young girl I had a wild imagination and had an imaginery friend called Jane. She was a fairy that I would write to for many years. That was what sparked my imagination and creativity. After studying Illustration and Photography in 2017 I started my business.

I first started with hand-illustrated cards. I was overwhelmed by the reaction from people and I realized that this was my passion; creating unique and beautiful designs that would give people a sense of happiness. I am so grateful for every year of growth and experiences in my business.

Our mission is to bring awareness to recyclable materials and paper wastage. Every label for our products are re-used brown paper to limit paper wastage. We also try to re-purpose old stock into new products, such as using cut offs of our notebooks into bookmarks.

I hope to bring you you happiness through my illustrations and designs!
